Have you been feeling the quiet pull to slow down…
to step away from the pace of everyday life, soften the external noise, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm?
Imagine waking to the sounds of birdsong and distant howler monkeys.
Walking on warm sand in the early morning light.
Letting the ocean water touch your feet while the sun rises over the horizon.
Throughout the week we will create space to simply be —
gathering in quiet reflection while listening to the rhythm of the waves,
exploring gentle movement, calming breathwork, and moments of stillness.
Fresh, vibrant meals will nourish the body.
Open conversations and shared experiences will nourish the heart and mind.
You are welcome to participate in as much or as little as feels right for you.
This time is an invitation — to rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and supportive setting.
We will be gathering at one of our favourite retreat centres, Blue Spirit, nestled along the beautiful coastline of Costa Rica.

These beautiful double rooms have step-out balconies and extraordinary ocean views. Elegantly furnished to provide our most luxurious space for couples or singles, each room has a king-size bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water and air-conditioning.

These rooms have step-out balconies and beautiful ocean views. Tastefully furnished, they provide the perfect space for two people, featuring a king-size bed or two twins, a private bathroom with solar hot water and air-conditioning.

Featuring a balcony overlooking the jungle, each suite provides a King bed to comfortably sleep two people, a private bathroom with solar hot water and A/C.

PACÍFICO COTTAGE W/AC QUEEN BED
Tucked away amidst the tropical gardens, the cottages are close enough to the beach that the sound of the ocean rocks you to sleep. They feature a private porch, a queen-sized bed, an outdoor shower, and air conditioning.
From the main building the cottages are a short walk down a hilly path of stairs.
Rate per week per person with all meals included:
Single occupancy $3,300 USD
Double occupancy $2,725 USD per person
A cozy option situated on a hillside overlooking lush vegetation. Featuring a private bathroom and an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle, each suite sleeps two people, has a separate enclosed porch with a desk, and solar hot water as well as A/C.
The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building.

HERMITAGE QUEEN ROOM W/AC 1 QUEEN BED
This room option has a queen-sized bed only, specifically designed for singles, providing privacy and elegance, while being budgetfriendly. The rooms feature a little desk, full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, A/C, and overhead fan.

HERMITAGE TWIN ROOM W/AC 2 TWIN BEDS
This room has two twin beds only, specifically designed for friends who travel together, providing elegance, while being budget friendly. The rooms feature a little desk, full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, A/C, and overhead fan.
Located in the main building, reachable by stairs.

ECO-COTTAGE 2 TWIN BEDS
Situated in lush vegetation, their natural wood frame structure allows for a sensual close-to-nature experience. Each cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with a room temperature water shower.
A 5-minute walk via a stone path of stairs from Blue Spirit’s main building.
