Are you cleaning house?
For the past few years, we've felt the urge to clean out and purge. Not just a surface clean, but move the sofa to vacuum and mop, get rid of items sitting in storage and garage, donate clothes that aren't being used, even move on from relationships or housing arrangements that no longer fit.
This feeling has resurfaced again in a strong way these past few weeks and we've also been receiving the call through synchronicities around us to get this done. So we've cleared out our photos off our phone and icloud is also being deleted. We've said thank you and good-bye to friendships. Boxes of goods are being donated. Items not being used are posted up for sale. And bags of trash are being piled to dispose of or burn up as applicable.
What you can clean and clear out:
- Books - newer and old.
- Photos - physical as well as digital!
- iCloud storage (bring it down from the cloud and clear out the data!)
- Email inbox, sent box, spam and trash folder.
- Items sitting in your garage, attic, storage, basement.
- Old paperwork and documents hanging around.
- Unused bank accounts, numerous credit cards.
- Kitchen cabinets and drawers.
- Apps on the phone.
- Social Media platforms.
- And on deeper reflection, a relationship or place of residence.
Why clear out?
- Are not being used...pass them to someone else who will!
- Haven't been used for years!
- How many shoes do you really need?
- No longer resonate or speak truth.
- Feeling stagnant, depleted, overburdened.
- Protecting your personal data from the control of agencies where your information is stored is also of paramount importance these days.
What to do with these items or arrangements:
- donate or sell - if we deem them beneficial to pass onto another.
- trash - Burn up what is applicable and properly dispose of the rest.
- delete - the data, pictures, and information.
- Friendships and intimate relationships - is it time to move on in separate directions. Honouring your path as well as that of the other.
So get to it and rise to the occasion!
Ask yourself, does this feel life-enhancing or energy depleting?
The clearing will result in a liberated and freeing feeling. Not just because you've cleared out physically and you have more space around you to breathe and move, but also on an energetic level: the tentacles of the old can no longer bind you to that which no longer resonates.
