Please arrive at the zoom meeting 5 minutes early. We will begin shortly after 11:15am PT.
Everyone is welcome to join together in this powerful, coherent, stillness space.
Raising our level of our coherence and connecting to our own inner stillness has far reaching benefits on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being and is one of the most important things we can do during these times.
