Last Call for Ministry Creation

Dear Community,

This is the last call for those interested in creating a Ministry for yourself, family and/or services. This week, we are scheduling a complimentary 20-min discovery call to discuss any specific questions you may have.

We set up our Ministry in order to provide added protection for ourselves as well as our family, this was our initial motivation. However, there are many many benefits in setting up your own Ministry which we details below, so be sure to read further to learn more if interested.

Setting up a Ministry, and all the protection that it provides, exists in U.S. law.

This is a legal and lawful Ministry — a private, belief-based, constitutionally protected, tax-exempt framework designed for spiritual, educational, and holistic wellness mission work.

This structure offers:

✔ no annual nonprofit filings

✔ protected speech and private-domain authority

✔ independence from state regulatory control

✔ a lawful home for wellness, education, spiritual support, retreats, and community leadership

But here’s an important part to consider:

What gives this ministry its legal standing, recognition, privacy, and protection is what you build inside that container:

Your governance, belief structure, language, membership, jurisdiction, and operations.

A Live, Guided Formation Course for U.S. Based Wellness Practitioners
