When you get hungry and want to reach for something fast, you need something that’s easy, supports your goals, and something you actually WANT to eat. 


That’s why I always recommend creating a grab & go snack shelf in your pantry or fridge.

Here are some client favorites (Mediterranean-friendly!) you can mix and match:

🥜 A small handful of almonds, pistachios, or walnuts + a piece of fruit

🥒 Hummus with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, or mini bell peppers

🧀 A few slices of feta or manchego + olives

🐟 Tinned salmon or tuna + whole-grain crackers

🍇 Greek yogurt with berries + a drizzle of honey

🥚 Hard-boiled eggs + a pinch of sea salt + olive oil


Here’s the secret:

●     Pair protein + fiber + healthy fat

●     Skip anything that comes in a box and leaves you hungry an hour later

Try stocking a few of these this week and notice how much easier it feels to stay on track… especially on busy days!
