The very first thing I do with a new coaching client is create what I call the “rules of engagement”.

We deep dive right in the beginning to identify the success principles for my client.

We do this because they have made a commitment to change.

They have made a commitment to be better at their craft.

They have made a commitment to chase their big dream.

No doubt this is not an easy journey.

It will test you like no other and it will transform you like no other.

But to be able to see it through you need more than just showing up to coaching calls.

You need more than just a commitment to complete the program.

What you really need is a commitment to who you really are.

What you need is a deep connection with the CREATOR you really are.

What you need is to play the biggest game of your life.

It all comes down to how you show up.

For that we need a solid foundation.

And that is precisely what we do in our foundation call.

Every single time I have done this with a client it amazes me and them.

They connect with the real version of themselves.

The version that created the business in the first place.

The version that was inspired, motivated and stubborn enough to tell the world “I will build my own business, and I will change the world".

This path is for a crazy few.

And I am honoured that I get to do this work with some of the most phenomenal people on planet earth.

The game to be exceptional in life is created by you.

Not by what your business results say.

So play the real game.
