Something I learnt recently from Chris Smith, the founder of The PSBLTY Company is:

Limitation is created.

Possibility Exists.

The world wanted me to believe that I am not good enough.

And the biggest mistake I made in my life is that I believed it.

But the bigger mistake was not realising that I had control over that.

That I could change that narrative about myself.

It was in my hands all along but I believed it was not. And this was not just limited to me as an individual.

It showed up in all aspects of my life.

As a business owner, as a team leader, as a son, as a husband, as a son in-law, as a friend…

But what I wanted to create was greatness!

And it amazes me to look back right now and realise, how can someone who is convinced they are not good enough create greatness?

Greatness is created by someone GREAT!

And what I have realised today after 41 years on this planet is that my GREATNESS is created by me.

And for me to be able to create greatness I need to believe that I am genuinely great.

Not to show off or brag about myself but to take my gifts to the world and help as many people as I can.

So let this post remind you of your greatness and the gifts you bring to the world.

When times are tough it is your greatness that helps you shine through.

When times are great it is your greatness that has created that great time.

This post is dedicated to you and your greatness.
