Blog Post...Why Bother
As 2026 quickly approaches, I contemplated a New Year’s resolution and then thought, “Why bother.” I have seldom made a resolution, let alone keep one. It isn’t that I don’t like change, which I openly admit that change is difficult for me, I just don’t see the need for a resolution that I won’t keep. Why should I put pressure upon myself to keep a resolution, which I may break by January 2nd ?

Store...
As time permits, or new crochet items are created, I will be adding my crochet critters to more store. My devotional and Bible study books are always available, and now my one-of-a-kind crochet items. Below is a glimpse of my latest creation. Hope your dreams are as sweet as the sleeping cat's are.
Author - Erin McEndree...
Were you adopted at birth, or know of someone who possibly struggles with adoption? Erin McEndree is one of the many authors from Legacy Lane Publishing who openly talks about her adoption.
Erin says,"Adoption Reimagined is for those who have experienced loss in the adoption arena, those who are lost in the adoption arena and those who love us and want to understand the struggles of adoptees, adoptive moms and birth mothers."
You can purchase Erin's wonderful book, Adoption Reimagined, through my website, or on Amazon.com.
Books in the Barn...
Books in the Barn will now be called Books & Crafts in the Barn and it has a logo. The craft people haven't received the recognition they deserve, so it was time for a change, and this change is good.
Tentative date change: August 22. 2026 will most likely be the date for the next event. I should know by the end of January what date Farm Bureau sets for the Benefit in the Barn, then I can finalize plans and start signups.
Signups will look a little different this year because of the new website. Just follow the steps on my website. You can register at any time, but I will not process any applications until the date is confirmed.

Mary
