I think I am my own best-kept secret.

As a coach, I am bloody good. I have a unique style that cuts through the bullshit in a kind and loving way FAST.

Why?

Because if people come to me in pain, and I see the weight of the world on their shoulders, I cannot help but help.

Between you and me, I would never pass the ICF ACC or PCC exam despite years of experience. Not because I haven’t trained enough after 10 years, but because I am a directive coach. I can allow space for people to come to their own conclusions, but I am also aware that I am taking money from you, and you want solutions.

Coaching is never meant to be forever, and I treat it like my old role as a tutor for my ‘kids’. They knew they needed my help, they didn’t particularly like that they needed to come to me for help, but in the end, their lives transformed when they put the work in and stopped fighting.

I am not the loudest coach on socials, nor am I prolific on all the platforms, but with gentle observation, I have become attuned to the patterns forming over the last couple of years.

Coaches and business owners are burning out.

They are exhausted from trying to keep up with the madness of socials.

They are fatigued by seeing and hearing the expectations of euphoric groups of minions who blindly follow people with multiple businesses that turn over 6 figures in an overnight launch, whilst they sleep!

There are also the business owners who blatantly f**k people over by creating the very same thing as the people they trusted on their way up the business ladder. Soon forgetting values such as loyalty and respect.

So I thank God I have met people, just like me, who opt for a business in which they can live a comfortable life doing what they love as well as having time to spend with the people who love and support them.
