In the parable of the talents, the master who was travelling entrusted his properties to his servants. .

One servant had 5 talent , yet another had one , and you know what? The master expected each of them to thrive!

He wanted them to be creative, responsible multiply and secure what they had.

Do you know that as a parent/ caregiver you are like this 'master'

Do you know your inability to recognise the ability of wards and inability to empower them with talents can be the the reason they struggle to evolve. 

Do you know what to do to HELP you toddler, child, and teens evolve?

Are you lost?

Are you making excuses? 

Do you understand your child may be growing but not evolving and no matter how good your intentions or how genuine your reasons for not empowering them may be , it doesn't change anything?
