Welcome to February! I've never been fond of the phrase "Happy New Month." I once heard someone question why Nigerians seem to preface everything with "happy"—"Happy first day," "Happy New Month," and so on. 

When the team sent the February flyer, I considered requesting a change.

But then I paused. Ehn ehn... what is wrong with "happy everything"? Why must a people's greeting be dissected like a complex policy? Isn't it simply a way of expressing well wishes?

So, I decided to embrace it, and here I am, wishing you a happy new month!😀

On your intentional parenting journey, you'll encounter situations like this, where seemingly intelligent and "woke" individuals might attempt to make you feel insecure about your family's values, boundaries, and choices. My encouragement for you this February is to revisit your "why"—the driving force behind your family's vision, mission, and God's purpose for your family. Let this be your unwavering motivation throughout the month.

May your heart overflow with love and passion.
