Better than resolutions

Happy Monday, !
Ever heard of a “reverse bucket list?”
Instead of writing down everything you want to do or add in 2026…
You write down everything you’re DONE with or want to let go of.
- a routine that drains your energy (a habit)
- a responsibility that no longer aligns with your values (a commitment)
- a thought pattern that keeps you stuck or feeling guilty (a belief)
Here are a few real-life examples I’ve heard from clients:
→ “I’m done skipping breakfast and wondering why my energy crashes.
→ “I’m done always saying yes to volunteer work when I’m already overbooked.
→ “I’m done waiting until everything lines up perfectly before I can start.
When you eliminate what no longer serves you, space magically opens up for the right things to step in.
It’s like cleaning out a closet. Once the clutter’s gone, it feels better… and you finally have room for what actually fits 🤩
Here’s your challenge today:
📝 Write down three things you’re DONE with this year:
✔️ One habit that doesn’t support your goals
✔️ One obligation that no longer fits your priorities
✔️ One belief that keeps you stuck or second-guessing yourself
If it feels a little uncomfortable, that’s okay.
💪 Letting go is often one of the BEST ways to move forward.
