✅ A: In a word, NO!
You only have to get up early enough to allow yourself time for the things that are important for you, in order to start your day off right.
⏰ Over the past few years I’ve seen “perfect morning routines” online that would take hours to get through. Plus, they are virtually impossible for anyone with family responsibilities.
There’s a much better approach to a long, drawn-out morning routine.
🌞Just get up early enough so that you can get through all of the things you need to do in the morning …. but don’t feel RUSHED.
👍 And bonus tip- spend a few minutes at night doing whatever you can to make tomorrow morning even easier.
