Here's a reminder to all my fellow high-achievers:

Simplicity is underrated. We’re bombarded with advice that makes everything seem WAY more complicated than it has to be.
Take your nutrition… here’s one way to make it SIMPLE:
The Plate Method 🍽️ If you’re not into counting macros, this will help keep your meals balanced without having to count every calorie:
🥦 Fill half your plate with non-starchy veggies (like leafy greens, bell peppers, or roasted broccoli).
🍗 Fill a quarter of your plate with a quality protein source (like chicken, tofu, or fish).
🍠 The last quarter is for healthy carbs (like quinoa, sweet potato, etc.).
🥑 Add healthy fats in moderation, like olive oil, nuts, or avocado.
How easy is that?
The key is to find something simple that works for YOU.
