Quick Q: Have you ever felt “meh” or a little off your game – maybe you’re fighting off a cold, or haven’t been sleeping well – and then one day you wake up feeling GREAT?

 

And only then do you realize just how BAD you were feeling before. 🥴

 

That same thing can happen with how you feel every day.

 

You can start to get used to feeling sleep-deprived, having low energy, or feeling out of breath when you walk up the stairs. 🏃‍♀️

 

So when you think you’re functioning at an “8” on the feel-good scale … you might actually be at a “6.”

 

And it’s only after you get a full night of sleep, make a few nutrition tweaks, or start working out again that you realize how GREAT you can feel!

 

So here’s your tip: Today, pay attention to how you REALLY feel. What could be better? What can you do RIGHT NOW to get to an “8” or better yet … a “10”!?
