How to Stay Consistent When Motivation Is Low

Happy Monday, !
Motivation won’t always show up. Here’s how to stay consistent anyway.
🔥 Strategy #1: Lower the Bar (Seriously.)
If your plan feels too big, it’s tempting to avoid it. Instead, shrink it down to its tiniest first step, one that you CAN’T say no to. And then get it done!
🔥 Strategy #2: Make It Easy to Win
Set up your environment for success. Keep your workout gear visible, pre-pack your snacks, and fill your water bottle the night before.
🔥 Strategy #3: Find a Back-Up Plan
If you’re busy or having a low-energy day, have a go-to “Plan B” like a 10-minute walk or a quick dynamic stretch. Doing something is better than nothing and helps you chalk up a daily “win.”
🔥 Strategy #4: Focus on the Feeling, Not the Task
Don’t think about working out. Instead, focus on how you’ll feel after: Energized, accomplished, and proud. THAT’S the goal.
It’s not about being “good” or doing something because you “should.” It’s about finding the motivation that comes with following through on your commitment to YOU!
