It’s “swap it out” week in our challenge, and I’ve got a biggie for you today.

Swap out SALT in favor of more herbs & spices.
Did you know that 47% of adults in the US have high blood pressure? Crazy, right?
Most of us get wayyyy more than the 1 tsp of salt (or 2,300 mg) recommended per day.
It can take a while to adjust to eating less salt … but that’s where herbs and spices come into play!
Spend some time in the grocery store looking at salt-free herb blends and do some experimenting.
It will make your heart happier!
