do you like reviewing books?

Dear ,

It's been back to school week here in Virginia. A surprisingly busy time of the year with three kids in school. So far everyone likes their teacher and no one has gotten detention.

So far.

School back in session has allowed me a few more hours during the day to get things done. And yet there are so many things to get done that sometimes I feel like I'm not doing them fast enough.

As far as writing goes, I'm finishing up Outside the Ring and outlining Daucer (name of character, not book.) I've been working quite a bit with my author coaching certificate, finishing up two of the three practicums for the fiction certification which feels great.

At the end of September I have another short story being published in Funny Pearls, a UK journal. I'll send you the link when that is live.

Remember to check out Pencils&Lipstick, my podcast, if you like listening to author interviews. This week I completed the 146th episode and plan to keep going another year.

Do you like reviewing books? This week I joined a group of many authors of several genres to bring our books together in one place to get reviews. The book I put up is my magical realism An Audience with the King. There are so many books to choose from and they're all free. All we ask is that you review them when you're finished. Of course, with your honest review!
