With the winter season on our doorstep, it's time to begin preparing for the season of self-care that lies ahead of us. The cooler weather and shorter days inherently evoke our desires to rug up, stay indoors and 'hibernate' so to speak. But that certainly shouldn't keep you from enjoying time in nature, catching up with friends or arriving on your mat.


As we approach this season, I invite you to pause, listen in and take some time to explore what self-care will look like for you over the winter period. Perhaps it is keeping active at a slower pace, choosing to nourish your body with warming nutritious foods or simply finding time each week to appreciate the sunrise or sunset in nature.

As we each prepare in our own unique way for the change of seasons, I too am preparing for a seasonal transition into motherhood (in case the cute bump hadn't given me away just yet!). I have been consciously reflecting on what will serve bub & I best as we prepare to meet earthside this August. With this in mind, I am pleased to share that we will be continuing with our Sunrise Yoga sessions at Macs until June 30 (which will be my last class before I commence my maternity leave).


I welcome you to join me each Friday @ 6:30am at MacMasters SLSC for Sunrise Yoga throughout the months of May & June for as many classes as your heart desires. Oh, and don't forget to check out our special 2 for $30 pass offer too 🫶
