Hi ! Is it spring yet where you are? My family loves the warmer weather!
In February, we finished up reviews on single-player games:
Cover Your Tracks helps with spatial reasoning and is great to add to a unit about the outdoors.
Cat Crimes is fun not just for cat-lovers, but anyone who enjoys mental puzzles and critical thinking.
My treasure-obsessed son loves Treasure Quest! Figure out how to maneuver the treasure out of the puzzle.
We wrap up the month with a review of The Civil War Game. Check it out to add to a unit study!

New play-throughs have included Trekking the National Parks, Star Trek Catan, and The Civil War Game.

This month, it's going to be a bit of a surprise what new content we'll have. I've been busy preparing for the Homeschool Mom Summit and need to schedule more posts and videos! But don't worry; we'll get something great on the blog and YouTube channel for you.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
I can tell you that you can look forward to just two more emails about the (paid link, at no cost to you) Homeschool Mom Summit. Not only can you attend for free, but you can also access the (paid link, at no cost to you) resource vault for free, too!
Mid-month, keep your eye out for an email about Let's Teach! Let's Teach is a great magazine. I got to contribute an article on how to make and play Mancala. It took me so long to paint my DIY'd game that we still have it! I've been working on a unit study around Mancala, so keep your eye out for that, too.
Finally, in just a few days, you'll get an email about Reading Better Together. Sarah (the creator) is doing a free reading challenge to help you get your kids reading their first books. So if this is something you're working on now or in the future, keep your eye out for that email.

Whew! March is a busy month! My family is getting ready to leave our winter location down south to explore national parks in the US! We're so excited! If you're interested in our travels, don't forget to check out Dadding on the Road. We keep lots of games in our bus, but if you have less room, check out my post about Games for Traveling and Small Spaces.
Until next time, Happy Gaming!
