what's new on the blog

Hi ,

Hopefully, spring is well and truly established wherever you are. My family is almost to our summer spot, and it's already pretty warm! (This summer is going to be HOT!) And hopefully you have anything you need to do this spring scheduled (yearly assessments, anyone?).

Last month, we got up new game reviews:

  • Tunnel Time is a game we should have tried years ago, but if you have little ones, you can check it out!
  • I picked up First Contact years ago, and my kids are only now barely starting to get the hang of it. If you're looking for a clue-giving game for older kids, take a look.
  • If you want to try a clue-giving game but aren't sure which one, this roundup is perfect for you!
  • Probe is another spelling game and now that my kids are actually spelling a bit, we can play it!
  • Word on the Street is a more recent acquisition, but my kids are loving it! It's a nice meld of creative thinking, spelling, and teamwork.

This month, keep an eye out for reviews on Forbidden Desert, Bugs 'n' Slugs, Ingenious, and Bepuzzled mysteries.

On the YouTube channel, we have new play-throughs of Bulls and Cows, Open Sesame, Coup, Shadowed Kingdom, and Dungeon Mayhem. You can look forward to play-throughs of Empire Engine, Deep Sea Adventure, Potato Pirates, and Mad Gab.

I hope your spring is going well and your family is finding time for some fun! Until next time,

Happy Gaming!
