I’m not a big Black Friday shopper. The last time I went shopping on Black Friday was back when a 100GB external hard drive was a huge deal. Even then, I didn’t go out until later that afternoon to buy it.
Still, I wanted to gift you all something for Black Friday.
Shadow of the Crown is free all weekend long!

On The Desk
I was recently invited to speak at a local college’s Writing Workshop in April. I let them know that I was interested in speaking there, so I’m excited for that to happen. I will keep you updated as the date get’s closer, but if you live in the Dayton, OH area I welcome you to join as it is free to the public from what I could see.
If you haven’t read Apothecary’s Price yet, the first three chapters are free. After that, you can buy each chapter for only a few coins a piece. The latest chapter has just been released too!
When revenge is sweet, will you choose to take it when your only lead is from a stranger?
Robynn has only known the confines of life as an apothecary. With her father now gone and a high-ranking member of the council pushing to buy the last piece she has left of her family, Robynn must determine if she is willing to leave it all behind or uncover something far darker lurking in the corners of her city.
Around The Desk
I think Pokemon has taken up a lot of my time. Thankfully, these games are fairly short and I’ve almost beaten it. Once that’s done, I can switch back to writing even more again. It’s given me a nice break from stressing out about my writing, so I’m thankful I have gaming as an outlet. Especially when it means spending time with friends and family doing that.
On The Bookshelf
I’m still working my way through Shadowdance Book 2. Because of the holidays, I haven’t had the chance to listen to it that much because of being around ears who shouldn’t listen to these books, but I’m picking it back up once next week starts again so I can listen and do chores during the day as well.
