I'm not gonna lie. Changing your life is hard.
Especially if you do this on your own, there are so many things you have to take care of.
It's your fitness aspect. What exercise should you do? How often? When?
And then what you should eat. Should you eat bread? Or should you eat more protein?
And then how to relax and how to put everything together and how to make it sure that you don't overwhelm yourself to start with.
This is the biggest problem people have: They start too fast, too early. They change everything at once, and they give up.
But I've offered you a solution. I've been working with many people on coaching, and coaching works—it's as simple as that.
