Are you ready for a fun and friendly challenge? We're excited to invite you to the Beginners Kettlebell Competition, designed to test your skills, have fun, and connect with like-minded lifters in a supportive environment!
Competition Details
23rd November, 10 am, Fitness Soul Studio.
In this beginner-friendly event, you'll compete in 5-minute sets for any or all of the following lifts:
- Jerk
- Snatch
- Long Cycle
Choose your favourite lift or take on all three—it’s up to you! You can use single or double kettlebells, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level.
How It Works
- Time Limit: Each set lasts 5 minutes.
- Scoring: Your score is based on the kettlebell weight and reps completed.
- A 16kg kettlebell is worth 1 point per rep (e.g., 10 reps = 10 points).
- A 32kg kettlebell is worth 2 points per rep (e.g., 10 reps = 20 points).
- The heavier the kettlebell, the more points you earn!
- You will have at least 30 min between the sets
This format rewards strength and consistency, so pick the weight that suits you best and aim for your personal best!
