There is one fitness hack that works.

Sign up for something big and scary, and train for it.


And then sign up for something else. And repeat. And never stop.

It can be a race, a challenge, or something important for you.


Signing up and putting your money where your mouth forces you to stay motivated and focused on the task ahead.


Trust me.


It will be easier for you to wake up for that early training session, go out for a run when it rains, and eat a little bit better every day.


Start small, maybe 5k in the park or a 20k bike race. Then, add an obstacle race. Then maybe Hyrox? And what about a triathlon after?


That how I've started, and now I'm fit enough to do multiple hyrox races every year or an Ironman.


I'm stronger and fitter in my 40ies than I was in my 20. I might not be as fast as I used to, but I'm more robust and powerful, and I can endure more.

That's what fitness is all about. That's why we push ourselves to enjoy our bodies and live longer.
