Do it right this time!

It's this time of the year again...


Once you set your unrealistic goals and new year's resolutions,  write them down and hang them up on the fridge, only to be buried soon by the shop receipts and bills.


Stop.

Sit down.

Think.


How many times did you go through this process in the past


And what was the result?


Did you reach your goals?


Did you burn all that fat, build muscle, and feel fit for the first time in a long time?


If the answer is no, I'm not surprised. 

That's what happens to most of us.


But the solution is simple.


That's what you need to do:


This year, instead of focusing on outcomes,  plan your actions.


You know, those boring 

walk 10k steps, 

strength training three times a week, 

focus on proteins, 

play, 

breath, 

live

etc.


Choose one action, and make it a habit.

Choose another one. Make it a habit.

And another one, and another.


Very soon, you will have a battery of habits guiding you toward a stronger,  fitter, and healthier you.


Without setting any big goal.


Done!


And...


get the dog 🐕❤️, dogs are awesome!
