Want to stay visible on LinkedIn? You only need 15 minutes.

Here’s something I hear all the time:

“I know I should be more active on LinkedIn…

But I don’t have time.”

“I hate self-promotion.”

“I don’t want to post just to post.”

Good news: you don’t have to.

You don’t need to post daily.

You don’t need a content calendar.

You don’t need to chase likes.

You just need to be remembered.

Because staying top-of-mind isn’t about volume.

It’s about presence.

So here’s the 15-minute LinkedIn visibility routine I give my clients:

Step 1: Comment with insight (5 min)

Pick 1–2 posts from people you admire or want to build relationships with.

→ Add something thoughtful.

→ Don’t just say “Great post!”—add your own angle or takeaway.

This shows you’re in the room, not just lurking.

Step 2: Share a tiny reflection (5 min)

Once a week, post one thing you’ve learned, seen, or questioned.

→ A myth you’ve unlearned

→ A pattern you’ve noticed in your interviews

→ A challenge you’re thinking through

Doesn’t have to be profound. Just real.

Step 3: Send 1 check-in DM (5 min)

Reach out to someone you spoke with before.

→ Thank them again

→ Share a quick update

→ Or forward a link you think they’d appreciate

You’re not asking for anything.

You’re reminding them you exist—in a good way.

That’s it. 15 minutes.

No calendar. No overwhelm. Just quiet consistency.

Because here’s the truth:

The best opportunities don’t go to the loudest person.

They go to the person people remember when the door opens.

And visibility isn’t about showing off.

It’s about showing up—with intention.

What would it look like if you gave LinkedIn 15 minutes this week?

Joseph
