Most designers wait too long to celebrate
Jul 24, 2025 11:36 pm
Today’s our final day in reservist.
After 3 days out in the jungle —
sweaty missions, mozzie bites, 4am briefings —
we’re finally done.
Today’s for cleaning gear. Debriefing.
Maybe a group photo. A few laughs.
Then home.
This is the day we celebrate.
Not because the mission was perfect —
but because we showed up.
Now let me ask you something:
When’s the last time you celebrated your work — before someone gave you permission?
Too many designers wait.
They wait for the recruiter to reply.
For the offer to come in.
For someone to “validate” their thinking.
But here’s the truth:
Hiring managers notice when you believe your work is worth celebrating.
Not in an arrogant way — but in how clearly, confidently, and calmly you present it.
The people who close offers don’t beg for validation.
They anchor the conversation in clarity and value.
That’s what the 90-Day Accelerator is really about:
✅ You walk into the final round already thinking like a teammate
✅ You paint a future that feels inevitable
✅ And you show up like you already belong
It’s not about ego.
It’s about energy.
And if you’ve made it this far in the week —
thank you for following along.
This $197 training isn’t for everyone.
But if you’re tired of winging final rounds
and ready to close them like a pro…

You’ve got a few more days to grab this.
But don’t wait too long to celebrate your next win.

P.S.
The biggest shift I see in my best clients?
They stop seeking permission —
and start acting like the offer is already theirs to lose.
You don’t need to fake confidence.
Just practice showing it the right way.
