Let me draw a line in the sand.


On one side: Career Chasers.

Instead of competing with 1,000 strangers, they have 3–4 direct conversations with design leaders.

The difference isn’t luck.

Creators believe: “If I become the lowest-risk, most-trusted option, I win.”
