Something changes by week 2

The number I'm most proud of

has nothing to do with job offers.

It's this: most designers who go through The Backdoor say they trust themselves again by week 2.

Not week 8. Week 2.

No motivational speech. No mindset exercise.

Because in week 1, we strip everything back to what's actually true about their career. The real impact. The real decisions. The real moments where they were trusted with something hard and delivered.

Most of them haven't looked at their own work that way in years. They've been describing it in job-application language — safe, hedged, generic.

When they see it through the hiring manager's lens — the real lens, not the job-board lens — something shifts.

"Oh. I actually have done this. I am this person."

That's week 2. The rest of the program builds on that foundation.

The interview where they stop hedging and lead with who they actually are. The negotiation where they name their number. The first month where they feel like they chose the role — instead of settling for whatever came first.

That shift starts earlier than anyone expects.

March 30 cohort. 8 weeks. Small group.

DM me BACKDOOR for details. Two questions. I'll tell you if it's right for you — and if it's not, I'll tell you why.
