One more YouTube tutorial won’t get you hired

A UX designer messaged me recently:

“I’ve been learning from free content for months, but I still don’t know what step to take next.”

I hear this all the time.

They’ve watched every UX YouTuber.

They’ve read every portfolio teardown.

They’ve taken free courses, webinars, and blog posts.

But they’re still stuck.

Why?

Because passively consuming content ≠ actively implementing it.

Here’s the problem:

📌 Watching tutorials feels productive—but doesn’t move you forward.

📌 Free advice is generic—it doesn’t tell you what you need to fix.

📌 No accountability means no follow-through.

I’ve seen designers stuck in “learning mode” for years without landing a UX job.

Not because they don’t have the skills—but because they never applied what they learned.

When I coach UX designers, we cut through the noise by focusing on:

Live feedback – So you know what’s actually working and what’s not.

Personalized strategy – No more guessing your next step.

Accountability – So you don’t just learn, you apply.

That’s why my clients land jobs—not because they learned more, but because they implemented better.

If you feel stuck despite all the free content, DM me “ACTION” and I’ll share the system we use to get real results.
