The tiny shifts that change everything

Sometimes I forget to pause.
To really stop and see the transformation—not just in the client, but in myself.
Last week, I had one of those moments. During a single coaching call, three clients made powerful shifts.
Nothing flashy. No viral posts. No job offers on the spot.
But they were the kind of shifts that create momentum. The kind that stack up and change everything over time.
Let me share.
→ One client had been sitting on her dream for months—wanting to apply to companies in the travel space but never taking action. She finally reached out to two people at those companies. People I used to work with. The next day? She had a call booked. A real conversation lined up with someone who works in the team she admires.
→ Another client told me she wanted to pivot into generative AI work but felt stuck. “I don’t have any experience,” she said. But we reframed that. We talked about becoming a curator, not a “certified expert.” Learning by asking, by talking, by documenting. She left with a plan to reach out to practitioners, collect insights, and use those to shape her own narrative.
→ The third had a mindset block. He wanted to move from startup world into big enterprises—but he thought his “zero to one” background would be a disadvantage. So we flipped that. We positioned him as an innovation partner. Someone who knows how to build from scratch and could thrive in corporate ventures or agile pods inside those larger companies.
Each story was different. But the shift was the same:
From stuck → to clarity.
From fear → to action.
From self-doubt → to seeing their value.
And I’ll be honest. It reminded me why I started all of this in the first place.
Because back when I was six months out of university, I was stuck too. No job. Hundreds of applications. Zero replies.
I kept tweaking my resume, doubting my skills, wondering if I belonged in this industry at all.
It took years—and a lot of pain—for me to learn what I now teach my clients in weeks.
And that’s what drives me today.
Helping someone avoid years of confusion by guiding them through a mindset shift in a single hour? That’s the real win.
It’s not always the job offer. Sometimes, it’s the moment before—the one that unlocks everything that comes next.
So today, I’m not teaching a new tactic.
I’m just celebrating the shift.
If you’re reading this, and you’ve felt stuck lately, maybe this is your sign to pause too.
Ask yourself:
→ What shift is already happening that you haven’t celebrated yet?
→ What small action could you take today that future-you will thank you for?
You might be closer than you think.
