4 hired. 20 in progress. Q2 is on.

Back in January, I set a simple (but huge) goal:
Help 100 UX professionals land their dream jobs in 2025.
Today, we’re in motion.
4 people hired so far.
20 actively working toward it.
That includes:
• One who broke into UX from another career path (shoutout Sarah)
• One who just landed a dream full-time role at a U.S. tech company
• One who turned down offers to freelance on their terms
• One (Kit) who wrapped their interviews and signed the deal last month
The rest?
They’re deep in the process:
• Reaching out to dream companies
• Having real conversations with hiring managers
• In early and mid-stage interviews
• Some even nearing final rounds
It’s exciting.
And—if I’m being honest—also a little behind.
My Q1 goal was 25+ actively progressing.
We’re at 20.
Still good. But not where I wanted it to be.
So here’s the shift I’m making in Q2:
Less passive scrolling. More active support.
Between April and June, I’ll be hosting monthly, affordable workshops open to my wider UX community.
Each workshop tackles a problem that’s keeping good designers stuck.
Q2 Workshop Themes:
• April: LinkedIn Revamp – From invisible to irresistible
• May: Case Study Fix – Tell better stories, land better interviews
• June: Interview & Salary Prep – Nail the call, close the offer
These are hands-on. Practical. Low-cost. And built to get you unstuck.
Not theory. Not fluff. Real shifts. Real strategy.
If you’re stuck on:
• Confidence (I don’t feel “ready” yet)
• Clarity (I don’t know where to start)
• Connections (I don’t know who to talk to)
These next 3 months are for you.
And if you’re already in interviews or prepping to transition soon?
Even better. We’re going to close those loops.
This isn’t about posting “motivational quotes.”
It’s about getting hired.
That’s the only metric I care about this year.

Q1 was the warm-up.
