Doors close in 6 hours (and what I wish I'd known at 25)

In 6 hours, registration closes for tomorrow's workshop.
I've been thinking about the designer I was 13 years ago.
Standing awkwardly at networking events, too nervous to introduce myself.
Sending application after perfectly crafted application into the void.
Thinking success meant having all the right answers.
Believing my zigzag career path was a liability.
If I could sit down with that version of myself today, here's what I'd say:
"Your career doesn't have to look like anyone else's."
"Those rejections aren't personal judgments of your worth."
"The skills you think matter most might not be the ones that actually matter."
"The path that feels wrong to others might be exactly right for you."
"Your diverse experience isn't a bug - it's a feature."
"And you don't have to figure it all out alone."
Tomorrow, 25 designers will get something I didn't have back then:
A framework for understanding their own career journey.
Tools for building relationships without feeling fake.
Permission to see their unique path as an advantage.
And most importantly - proof that there are many ways to build a meaningful design career.
Not just the straight line from junior to senior that everyone talks about.
But the real paths.
The ones that include career changes, industry switches, geographic moves, skill pivots, and life circumstances.
The ones that actually represent how most of us really live and work.
While others keep following advice that assumes everyone has the same goals, circumstances, and definitions of success...
These 25 will have a personalized approach.
One that works with their life, not against it.
Registration closes at 6pm today.

Reply "Ready" if you want in.

P.S. That nervous 25-year-old? He ended up helping hundreds of designers navigate their own unique paths. Sometimes the journey you're on is preparing you for something you can't see yet.
