A lot of you asked why I made this Black Friday offer so cheap.

The truth is… I’ve been watching the market all year.

There are so many career coaches, portfolio courses, job search “systems,” bootcamps, resume rewrites… and honestly, almost all of it pushes the same thing.

I’ve seen designers pay five hundred dollars for a resume that still sounds like polished rubbish. I’ve seen people spend thousands on courses and still feel lost. It’s painful to watch, especially for senior folks who actually have the skills, but just can’t get seen.

What people really need isn’t another shiny PDF.

They need career skill, not just craft skill.

That’s the part most designers were never taught.

This Black Friday offer was my way to give senior, lead, staff, principal designers and design managers a real shot. Many of them have been laid off. Some have been out of work for months.
