Timesaving content creation software that saves time!

Jan 23, 2024 5:08 pm

Hi everyone,

Every year around this time, I review how many hours I spend in my business. In 2024, I can safely say that I do spend about 2 hours a day in my business. When I started my business idea in 2017 and launched it in 2018, I was spending over 100 hours a week in my business. That's a huge difference.

I got to ask myself, what changed in my business? Well, there are several contributing factors. I finished editing a couple of courses and my website.

I worked with my team to complete those tasks. In addition, I used software to save me more time. I will share more about that later in this message.

Now that all of the content and busy work is completed for my business academy. I only have a few business tasks a week and then I break them down into daily tasks.

This is what I am left to do for my business.

Here is a summary of my weekly business tasks:

  • Record one to two podcasts and design the thumbnails for them.
  • Send the podcasts and thumbnails to Ebuka for editing.
  • Edit and schedule my blog post, newsletter, and social media posts. In addition to these tasks, you also connect with people as part of my business network.

Please tell me:

What are your daily business tasks?

I feel liberated knowing that I no longer have to spend countless hours working on my business. By leveraging software, I have been able to save a significant amount of time on simple tasks such as writing blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts. Now, I can simply edit and schedule them. This has been a massive time-saver for me.

If you’re looking for software to help you with writing blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts, you might want to check out the following software.

Here is what I use for my software, most of them I found on App Sumo.

  • Bing is a search engine developed by Microsoft that provides search results for web pages, images, videos, news, and maps. It has a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices and uses an AI-powered algorithm to generate search results. Bing also offers a rewards program called Microsoft Rewards that allows users to earn points and redeem them for gift cards and sweepstakes entries. Bing is free to use and does not require any subscription or payment.

  • For idea generation, I use the free version of ChatGPT which is an AI chatbot developed by OpenAI that offers a wide range of features. It can provide instant answers, creative inspiration, and learning opportunities through text, voice, and image-based interactions. ChatGPT also offers various custom GPTs and fun features like Game Time and Creative Writing Coach.

  • Canva's Magic Studio is an AI-powered creative tool that enables users to create beautiful visual content without extensive design expertise. It offers AI tools such as Magic Write, Magic Design, and Magic Media for generating custom content and eye-catching images. Canva ensures safety and security by allowing admins to control access to AI tools and data usage. Magic Studio is available only to Canva Pro and Enterprise subscribers.

  • Castmagic is an AI-powered tool that helps automate the content workflow for podcasters and content creators. It can convert audio files into ready-to-publish content such as transcriptions, show notes, summaries, highlights, quotes, social media posts, and more. Castmagic integrates with Slack and Zoom and is considered a valuable investment. I love this software. https://app.castmagic.io/

  • Noota is an AI-powered meeting assistant that can record, transcribe, summarize, and analyze meetings. It automates notetaking, delivers precise transcriptions that can be translated, edited, and exported, and provides KPIs to analyze customers. It also integrates with favorite CRM platforms and is available as a web app and Google Chrome extension.

  • Nichesss is an AI-powered writing tool that can generate various types of content, including blog posts, social media content, business ideas, and poems, with over 150 tools to help write 10x faster and overcome writer's block. https://nichesss.com/

  • I love postly.ai software for scheduling my social media posts.  Postly is an AI-powered tool for social media marketing that enables faster planning, approval, and scheduling of content. It allows for team collaboration, user analytics, and planning content weeks in advance. https://app.postly.ai

  • I love Sendfox for scheduling my emails and generating landing pages when I am not doing that through my WordPress Website. SendFox is a cost-effective email marketing solution for content creators. It offers email automations, drip campaigns, and landing pages with unlimited personalized templates. Users can start with a free plan and upgrade when ready. It's an excellent choice for those seeking an affordable newsletter solution. https://sendfox.com/

The software solutions available now would have been a game-changer for me when I launched my business back in 2018. These software programs have helped me save over 50 hours per week on my business tasks.

Please answer this question.

What your favorite software is and what you use it for?

My team and I will be releasing more podcasts by the end of the week.

Warm Wishes,
