Zakia Ringgold & Patrick Jackman, spoke of their experiences with:

- outsourcing,

- why we should do it,

- vetting possible hires,

- growing & scaling your business with a team.

{ Letting someone else's work repersent me, my name, my brand & my image is scary! Me trusting in their ablities to do what they say they can & will do, still scary! Hearing Zakia & Patrick out really helped me feel better about outsourcing. I'm still scared, but I'll go forth anyway.}

Thomas Ballard, spoke of offering guarantees in your service business & hiring for talent.

{ What in your business could you offer a garantee on? Is there a differents between garantees & results? How can we be sure clients will listen and follow through?}

Elle Kersey, spoke of responsible sponsorships & building your house on your own land.

{ When it comes to getting sponsors for your events, when is it okay to accecpt money from potential sponsors seeking to be a part of your project?

There were so many gems, so many take aways! I came away with a lot of useful action steps.
