Note on grief, what’s next, and new episode

Mar 12, 2026 9:25 pm

Hi friends,

This is a longer newsletter.

The past few months have been marked by grief and loss. My Men’s Collective co-founder, Pierre, passed away, and I took time off to actually feel what needed to be felt, and to take care of my people and my own nervous system.

I’m back now.

Not in a “back to normal” way, because that’s not how loss works. More like I’m returning with a clearer sense of what matters, and I’m rebuilding with intention.

What’s happening next?

Men’s Collective is reorganizing and moving forward, and the next cohort starts the first week of April.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, reactive, disconnected, or just tired of carrying everything alone, this cohort is built for you. It’s structured, practical, and centered on real tools for emotional regulation, leadership, and connection.

Newest podcast episode: 3N Method

I also just released a new episode:

“3N Method: Calm Your Nervous System Fast”

It’s a simple practice you can use in real time when you feel spun up, shut down, or on the edge of snapping. Short. Practical. Repeatable.

Next week’s episode

Next week I’m sharing something more personal.

I’m recording an episode about my own grief journey lately. It’ll be raw. No polished takeaway. Just honest thoughts, what’s been hard, what’s helped, and what I’ve been doing to keep showing up.

If you’ve been in any kind of loss, death or non-death, I think it’ll land.

Thanks for being here, and for giving me the space to step back and return with more clarity.

Travis
