Valentine's Day is about love and passion. Our gift to you today is a free video that will remind you of your passion behind the countless hours you put in as a coach.

As coaches we often encourage our player to have a “why” behind what they are doing. We want them to tap into their passion. It’s not as easy for them at a young age. Sometimes we have to help them discover it.

This video from Derwin Gray, who after an illustrious career at BYU was drafted in the 4th round in 1992 and played for the Indianapolis Colts and Carolina Panthers for six years.  

He points to the coaches in his life and how they helped him get to where he is. In this video clip he points out the power that a coach has when he said,

“ As a leader, you will see in kids what they don’t see in themselves…You have that power in your hands to readily reach into their souls and pull out who they could become. That is greater than any championship trophy.”
