At Georgia, the coaching staff doesn't just expect effort; they meticulously coach it into every aspect of the program. This philosophy is evident in the way practices are structured, with a focus on maximizing every moment on the field. 

Players are constantly engaged, whether they're in the play or transitioning to the next drill, reinforcing the team's relentless commitment to effort. Coach Stacy Searels emphasizes this by saying, "At Georgia, we teach effort because the standard is the standard." This approach, drilled daily, sets the foundation for the team's success, with every action upholding the high standard expected at Georgia.

Playing offensive line is not easy; to have consistent and maximum effort over the course of an entire game let alone season is what separates the best units at this position but also typically the best programs. The last three National Championship winners (Georgia ‘21-’22) will attest to that.

Implementation of the effort, intensity and speed at which they operate doesn’t just start and stop in team periods or anything like that. It isn’t dictated by the tempo of offense either. The time in between reps, the intensity at which your scout looks operate all of this trains the individual for the future and the moments ahead not just the time within the drill or the rep. Everything you do personifies what is important. How you do anything is how you do everything.

It might not be every second, it might not be tackle football but, every drill can reinforce the mentality that you guys have.
