Here's how it works:


The Core List

This is what goes in your cart every single week, no questions asked:


Proteins:

  • Chicken (breasts, thighs, or rotisserie)
  • Eggs
  • Greek yogurt
  • One backup protein (canned tuna, ground turkey, or tofu)


Carbs:

  • Rice or quinoa
  • Potatoes or sweet potatoes
  • Oats
  • Bread (if you eat it)


Produce:

  • Spinach or mixed greens
  • Broccoli or green beans
  • Bell peppers or zucchini
  • Onions
  • Bananas or apples


Fats & Flavor:

  • Olive oil
  • Butter or avocado
  • Cheese (whatever kind you like)
  • Garlic
  • Your favorite seasoning or hot sauce


Pantry backups:

  • Canned beans
  • High-protein pasta or tortillas
  • Frozen vegetables


That’s all you need! If you buy this every week, you'll always have something to make.


The best part? Once this becomes automatic, you can start adding variety on top of it, with different veggies or proteins.
