What would happen if you put yourself first for the next 30 days? 👇
Most of us have a long list of to-dos every day…
And taking care of ourselves is usually last on that list.
But what if, for the next 30 days, you…
👉 Made sleep a non-negotiable priority, aiming for 7-9 hours every night
👉 Took 15 minutes each morning for yourself - to meditate, journal, or enjoy your coffee in peace
👉 Or prepared a few healthy make-ahead meals instead of grabbing quick, processed options"?
It doesn’t sound like much, but if you start there and stay consistent…
You WILL notice a difference in how you feel.
You’ll need to take care of yourself even on your busiest days. For example, “I make sure to get up an hour earlier just to walk or do some Dynamic Mobility exercises before I give the next 16 hours to everyone else.”
So, starting today, I encourage you to start doing at least one thing from the list above or something better.
