This week, we’re focusing on small, powerful habits to help you feel your best. Ready to join us? Here’s the plan for the next 5 days:
- 💧 Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
- 🚶♀️ Get 30 minutes of movement (walk, workout—your choice!)
- 🥗 Eat whole, real foods (homemade if possible)
- 😴 Sleep 7-8 hours each night
- 🌬️ Do 5 minutes of breathing exercises
- 🧘♂️ End your day with 3-5 ELDOA (spine & joint exercises)
These simple actions will leave you feeling amazing—and when combined, they’re a total game-changer for your energy!
