Building a free, injured, strong body of your future self will thank you for life, but it won't happen by accident.
It's great to set the intention…
But the real "magic" happens when you take consistent action. For example:
✅ Prepping healthy meals for the week instead of relying on takeout when you're tired
✅ Scheduling workouts like important meetings rather than hoping you'll find time for exercise
✅ Prioritizing sleep and recovery instead of pushing yourself to exhaustion
I remember when I set out to start coaching ...
I knew I wanted to help people get healthy so they didn’t have to go through the same chronic health issues I did for years — but I spent far more time thinking about it than DOING it.
Finally, I started with just ONE post on my Facebook page, letting people know this was my path...
And now?
The result is that I get to help people change their lives every single day.
