If you're in Florida or any of the other areas that were effected by the recent hurricanes, no doubt it's been a stressful one.

If you're in the SRQ area, we want to invite you to join us tonight for Breathe & Freeze Friday.

Our main man Chris is going to be guiding an out of this world breathwork journey for an hour starting at 5:30pm sharp, followed by an "open plunge" hour to re-set your body, mind, and spirit.

Most importantly: come hang out with others and give hugs to those in the community who could all use a nervous system reset right now.
