Happy Friday ,

Just under 2 years ago, we opened Kensho Studio as a place of healing for the community.

It’s been a passion of ours to highlight just how powerful the practices of breathwork, sauna, and cold plunging can be for both our mental and physical health.

We’ve held workshops, retreats, and other special events in the space, and met some wonderful people.

As you may or may not know, our family relocated to Tucson, AZ about 5 months ago, and as we’ve been away, chances are you’ve been able to get to know our wonderful team (Chris and Sophie).

In life, different chapters open and close, and for us, our time as the owners of Kensho is closing as we focus on our family and the new journey we have embarked on in Arizona.

The purpose of this email is to reach out to see if you, or someone in the community would like the opportunity to step in to carry forward this studio and presence in the community.

To be clear, we are looking for a new owner.

Is that you?

Ideally, this is for someone who already has a passion for health and wellness (especially cold plunging, sauna, and breathwork).

Whether you’d like to spend time in your own small business as an owner/operator, or you’d like to simply be at the helm and have our marvelous staff do what they do, there’s options and opportunity.

What you’d be walking into:

-An established studio with loyal members and customers and an established email list of about 2000 subscribers

-Over 125+ five star reviews on Google

-A turn-key space that would include the ice baths, sauna, furniture, art work, decor, and much more

-1 year remaining on the lease at a very, very reasonable rent price with an option to renew

-Established systems and processes in place as well as an amazing staff

We are looking for a quick and smooth exit, and therefore are offering the business up for sale as an asset sale.

The business is priced to sell as we are motivated to close this chapter of our lives out by the end of the year.

Can you see yourself at the helm of a local studio like Kensho?

If any of this feels aligned, hit reply to this email and we can set up a time to speak more over the phone.

Serious inquiries only please.

Much love, and we hope that we can have the right person(s) come in and allow the studio to keep thriving and serve the community.

-Brock and Shannon Cannon
