Sure, the winds and rains may have calmed down, but chances are you might be feeling some serious inner turmoil still. 

We might not be able to bring back damaged possessions, but perhaps we can help you to regulate your nervous system and have some peace. 

So this next week, we’re going to be opening our doors and offering complimentary premium sessions to everyone and anyone negatively impacted by the recent storm. 

When? From Monday, September 30th through Friday October 4th

What? Enjoy a free Premium session on us. Breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, hot tea. 

How? Simply come in, sign our waiver (if you’ve never been in before) and enjoy. No appointment necessary.
