That was from Pride and Prejudice at The Cat Café: a Furrever Friends Sweet Romance book 7. A reader said: “Really enjoyable story. I love these stories from The Cat Cafe. Great characters and engaging storyline.”
The Furrever Friends Sweet Romance series features the workers and customers at a small-town cat café, and the adorable cats and kittens looking for their forever homes. Book 2, Kittens and Kisses at the Cat Café, is 99 cents for the ebook right now!
Kris attended the Romance Writers of America conference in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Here she is with two other authors from Tule Publishing, author of magical romance Susan Sands and Melissa Westemeier, whose debut mystery is Old Habits Die Hard in the Nun the Wiser series.
In between giving and attending conference sessions, she got to check out the sights. This was the view roughly across from the hotel. Not too shabby.

The Mothers of Middleton School by Vivian Sterling: “They called themselves the ‘Mad Mothers’ of Middleton, partly because the PTA drove them crazy, partly because heartbreak had pushed them to the edge. So they made a pact, wine nights over date nights, chaos over codependence, and absolutely zero romantic entanglements. Then a hot teacher smiles at Sarah… Packed with laugh-out-loud moments, heart squeezing twists and friendships that feel like family!” Free with newsletter signup.
