Doug is enjoying awards season in Hollywood: "I loved Anora, so happy to see it win best picture at the Spirit Awards, but I want to shout out my favorite indie nominees that have gotten less attention: Sing Sing, The Piano Lesson, Heretic, Ghostlight, My Old Ass, and September 5. Check them out."
Audiobook News : The first three of Kris’s Accidental Detective Books are now out in audiobook! You can get them at major audiobook retailers (Audible, Chirp, Amazon) and some library apps like Hoopla. For some reason, I found it difficult to find the books when I searched within a specific retailer, so an Internet search for the book title plus audiobook plus your favorite retailer might do better.
Would you like to win a free audiobook? Reply and let me know what you’ve been reading. I'll choose one winner who will get a code for a free download ($13.99 value) of Book 3, Someone Cruel in Coyote Creek. You can use it yourself or give it as a gift.

Kris’s voice recognition mistake of the day: “She had to take a couple of extra breasts before she could speak.” 😳 Awkward!
Rom Com Parody: "I’ll be Home for National Margarita Day" is a bit long but silly fun. Watch the Lifetime Television Event Presented by Chili’s on YouTube.
Spring in New Mexico often comes with interesting clouds (and lately a lot of wind).
St. Patrick’s Day: “Savannah puts on the second-largest St. Patrick’s Day parade in the United States (behind only New York City), with bands and marching groups from across the country,” Explore Georgia says.
