My Freebie: Do you enjoy action, adventure, and romance? Go on a treasure hunt in the southwestern desert! Desert Gold, book 1 in the Treasure Hunting Romantic Suspense series, is free on Kindle right now. Go straight there.
“This was a fantastic read! The camaraderie between the main character and her sister-in-crime starts out on page one, and takes off running! The author did a great job of integrating local flavor into the plot."
“The author puts forth a very exciting story. Twists, turns, edge-of-your-seat moments, and breathless ones too, and not just because of the romance. I read the story all in one sitting. I found the main characters to be credible and engaging. The ending was fantastic, I loved the planning and the thrilling way it played out.”

Voice recognition mistake of the (holi)day: "Cookies for dessert, though not busy cheetahs since I don't like them."
I don't have a problem with busy cheetahs, though it sounds dangerous to invite them to share dessert. VR cannot get "biscochitos," a traditional New Mexican cookie with anise.
The ferrets say, "Hey!"
